Couldn’t do what we do without this work horse. Love the story behind it too. It seems only fitting that our handcrafted coffee is roasted in a machine that was hand built by craftsman in Oklahoma City. When we went to pick it up at US Roaster Corp it was truly awesome to see stacks of metal and bins of rods on on one side of their workshop and our fully constructed roaster on the other side. Just another reminder that we belong to each other and that behind that bag of coffee that sits on your shelf there is a whole mess of people working to make your coffee experience #profoundlygood
